Cooking and eating real food, knowing your body’s physical edges, and honoring when to enjoy life and rest are truly the best ways to live a long, sustainable, fulfilled life. Excellence through health can be achieved, with a willingness to accept fact based truths and the ability to weave knowledge into a strong process approach. Rachel will lead you to the unraveling and relearning of everything you thought you knew about health.
